Madison Park

Madison Park Seattle is a neighborhood lying on the shores of Lake Washington. It is generally considered to be part of the Central District of Seattle. It is bordered on the east by the lake, on the south at the intersection of Lake Washington Boulevard and 39th Avenue East, on the west by said Boulevard and on the north at Union Bay. To the south of Madison Park and Madison Valley lies the neighborhood of Denny Blaine and smaller surrounding communities include Leschi and Broadmoor.

Madison Park is a popular living destination for those who want an in-city retreat. It is close to Downtown Seattle and only minutes to the University of Washington. With a vibrant commercial district and one-of-a-kind real estate, Madison Park and Madison Valley are ideal areas for those who want the best of both worlds.

Both Madison Park Seattle and the Madison Valley (separated along East Madison Street by a small hill and residential area) feature some of the city’s best restaurants and most beloved and long-standing retail stores.

During the summer, many Seattleites from all neighborhoods will flock to Madison Park – located at the end of East Madison Street. Since its construction in the early 1900s, the park has been seen as a summer getaway, with its swimming beach and dining attractions.
